RCBC ACCESSONE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

There are two methods of enrollment:

Enrollment of Non-ATM Accounts
  1. Click RCBC AccessOne in the homepage and click Enroll Now.
  2. Select Enrollment of Non-ATM Accounts.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking I agree.
  4. Input the account number to be enrolled.
  5. Fill up the online enrollment form and click Submit.
  6. Print and sign the accomplished form then submit to the branch of account for approval.
    *NOTE: Submission of the signed form to the branch of account shall be within 10 banking days from enrollment. Otherwise, your application for RCBC AccessOne will be cancelled.
  7. Receive a confirmation email that your RCBC AccessOne enrollment has been activated.
Enrollment of ATM Accounts
  1. Click RCBC AccessOne in the homepage and click Enroll Now.
  2. Select Enrollment of ATM Accounts.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking I agree.
  4. Input Card Number and ATM PIN, the system will display the account/s linked to the card number.
  5. Select a primary account from the accounts linked to the ATM Card.
  6. Fill up the online enrollment form and click Submit.
  7. Receive a confirmation email that your RCBC AccessOne enrollment has been activated. Enrollment done during banking days will be automatically activated within 24 hours.
    *NOTE: Weekend enrollment will be activated after 2 days.
