Whether you’re stuck in bad weather with no ATM, landline or internet or out somewhere in the Philippines, banking is possible with RCBC.

STANDARD MOBILE BANKING SERVICES (mBanking)
  1. Balance Inquiry
    Allows the client to inquire about the balances of all his enrolled CA/SA/MyWallet accounts on his mobile phone.
  2. Funds Transfer
    Transferring funds to RCBC accounts made available on your cell phone for the following CASA-to-CASA and MyWallet-to-MyWallet funds transfer transactions:
       a. To own account.
       b. To other RCBC account.
  3. Mini Statement
    Allows the client to inquire about the last 5 transactions of an enrolled CA/SA/MyWallet account.
  4. Transaction History
    Facility to download transaction history sent through e-mail.
    Available for the following statement periods:
    For Savings Accounts:
       a. Current month.
       b. Last month.
       c. Last 2 months.
       d. Last 3 months.
    For Checking Accounts:
       a. Last 30 days.

  5. Checkbook Request
    This function enables the client to re-order checkbooks in specific quantity to be collected from branch of account.
  6. Bills Payment
    Allows the customer to pay bills to any of the accredited billers and partnered merchants.
  7. Remittance Inquiry
    Enables the client to inquire the status of a remittance.
  8. Stop Payment Order
    Allows the customer to initiate stop payment for checks that have been issued.
INQUIRY
This feature covers inquiries for easy access of RCBC’s important information.
  1. Forex Rates Inquiry
    Foreign exchange rate information available for major currencies.
  2. Branch Locator
    Allows the client to locate the nearest branch or simply view the branch address and contact numbers.
  3. ATM Locator
    Allows the client to locate the nearest ATM.
PROFILE MAINTENANCE
This function allows RCBC Mobile users to modify their profile including PIN change and accounts linking.
  1. mPIN change
    Allows the user to change his Mobile PIN (mPIN) right on his mobile phone.
  2. Link Accounts
    Allows the client to add other RCBC accounts to his profile including his CASA and MyWallet accounts.
  3. Change Default Account
    Allows the client to change his primary account number.
  4. Change Default Mobile
    Allows the client to change his default mobile phone number for mobile banking transactions.
SETTINGS
This function allows RCBC Mobile users to modify their profile including PIN change and accounts linking.
  1. Change Communication Mode Gives the client the option to do either SMS or GPRS banking.
