(Accessible only for PLDT land lines).
For non-PLDT subscribers dial (02) 877 - 7222 (regular toll rates will apply)
International Toll Free: (Intl. Access Code) + 800 - 8888 - 7222
HOW TO USE RCBC PHONE BANKING
  1. Dial 877-7222
  2. Dial 1 for RCBC Phone Banking
  3. Key-in your 16-digit ATM card number (for ATM account holders) or 16-digit IVRS number (for Non-ATM account holders)
    * IVRS number can be requested from your branch of account.
  4. Key-in the default 4-digit telephone PIN (TPIN) * The default TPIN is in your ATM PIN mailer
  5. You may change the default TPIN to your preferred 4-digit TPIN.
