LONG-TERM LIVING TRUST OR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT – CREST FUND

Designed for Filipinos and resident aliens who would like to take advantage of the tax exemption granted to long term trust or investment management accounts. Interest income earned from the Crest Fund account is exempt from the 20% final withholding tax, provided the account is maintained for at least five years.

Indicative Rate/Yield	Based on the coupon rate (or yield-to-maturity, if applicable) of the underlying investment, net of applicable tax and management fee
Principal Withdrawal	Subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying investment and RCBC's ability to liquidate the same investment at the prevailing market value which may or may not result in losses for the client. Partial withdrawal is not allowed.
Management Fee	0.50% p.a.

*The Crest Fund account shall be invested in instruments available in the market with the objective of maximizing returns within acceptable levels of risk.
**Net of management fee only. Applicable tax is not yet imposed on income distribution but if the Crest Fund account is terminated before the end of the five-year holding period, the applicable withholding tax on the total income of the account (whether already withdrawn or not) will be deducted from the termination proceeds.
***Clients are required to open or designate an RCBC current or savings account as settlement account.
