With Mobile Banking you can use your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to easily check your balance, transfer funds between your RCBC Accounts, to your RCBC Savings Bank Account, or to other banks, pay your bills, communicate with the bank or find the nearest business centers and ATMs.

RCBC AccessOne Mobile for the Android is applicable for Android-powered devices. There are a range of smartphones that are compatible, such as Acer, HTC, LG, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, and others. Check your device options to get more information.

RCBC AccessOne Mobile for JAVA is compatible with JAVA-enabled units. This service combines the latest innovations in banking and cashless transactions for both SMS and GPRS connections all in one downloadable application. This was the rebranded "iMobile" or "RCBC Mobile" app that was previously introduced. The application is compatible with units such as Blackberry, Nokia, among others.

No Registration needed. Just use your AccessOne Internet Banking User ID and Password to login to the application.

7. Pay Your Bills - Access your most frequent billers (as registered in your AccessOne Internet Banking account) and non-enrolled billers.
8. View FOREX Rates - Get your daily FOREX Rates straight from RCBC.
9. Inquire Remittance - Check if your remittance has arrived with RCBC by placing in your transaction reference number.
10. Request for Checkbook - Order more checkbooks without visiting your branch.

TO ENROLL IN ACCESSONE INTERNET BANKING

1. Go to www.rcbc.com, select RCBC AccessOne and click Enroll Now.
2. Select Enrollment of ATM Accounts.
3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking I Agree.
4. Input Card Number and ATM PIN. The system will display the account/s linked to the card number.
5. Select a primary account from the accounts linked to the ATM Card.
6. Fill up the online enrollment form and click Submit.
7. Receive a confirmation email that your AccessOne Internet enrollment has been activated.

For Non-ATM Accounts, Print and sign the accomplished form then submit to the branch of account for approval. Submission of the signed form shall be within 10 banking days from enrollment. Otherwise, your application for AccessOne will be cancelled.

For ATM Accounts, Enrollment done during banking days will be automatically activated within 24 hours. Weekend enrollments will be activated after 2 days.

You can download your application through your Apple devices.

• From your iPhone, click on the App store button.
• Search "RCBC" to get the application.
• Select the app, RCBC AccessOne Mobile for iOS and hit the "free" button, it will then change the "free" to "install".
• Click again to install.
• Confirm download by placing your Username and Password.
• You can enter your username once and your iPhone will remember it, but it will require entering your password to secure your account.
• Once your iPhone has started downloading the app, a status bar will show up to indicate how long it will take to download. Once it is complete, you can access your new app.

The user should have a Google Account in order to download applications to his/her mobile unit from the Android Market. RCBC AccessOne Mobile for Android is compatible with mobile devices powered by the Android OS (Operating System).

To Create a Google Account

1. Visit http://accounts.google.com and click on "Sign up for a new Google Account."
2. Input your desired User Name and this will be used as the sign-in for your account.
3. Nominate a password and enter it twice to confirm.
4. Choose your location.
5. Place in your Birth Date.
6. Type the Security Word Verification.
7. Read through the Terms and Conditions and click on "I accept. Create my account." to process request.

From the Android Market direct to Mobile Unit

1. Enable your 3G, EDGE or WIFI Access on your Phone
2. Go to the Android Market App/ Google Play App on your mobile phone and Search for "RCBC."
3. Select the RCBC App and select it. The details on the RCBC AccessONe Mobile will be displayed.
4. To install the App, select the FREE button.
5. Press OK to accept the permissions for the app, the item will start downloading immediately.
6. Tap on the Application to Run.
7. Use your AccessOne User ID and Password to begin the Application.

Usually, when you have Internet Access, your App Store icon within your mobile unit will inform you of the new updates. If not, keep posted on our RCBC Website for the availability of new versions of the application.
