RCBC SAVING BANK 1st HALF GAIN UP 8%
RCBC Savings Bank, the consumer banking arm of RCBC, continues to be among the top four thrift banks in the country, with assets totaling P47.2B as of end-June 2010. It reported an increase of 8.0% in its unaudited net income for the first six months of the year from P434-Million to P469-Million.
RCBC Savings Bank is also one of the biggest lenders in the thrift banking industry, with a total loan portfolio of P30.2B as of end-June 2010. Its total deposits now amounts to P39.4B and total capital reaching P6.2B.
