What is the RCBC MyWallet?
The RCBC MyWallet is a Pre-Paid Stored Value Card, which you may purchase through any RCBC branch for your disbursement requirements. As an “electronic wallet” the RCBC MyWallet may serve as an alternative to regular ATM accounts.
Do I need to maintain funds in the RCBC my Wallet?
Unlike a regular ATM account, you are not required to maintain a specific balance level in your RCBC MyWallet. You may maintain funds just enough to cover your disbursement requirements.
What transactions can I perform with the RCBC MyWallet?
Through the RCBC MyWallet, you can perform the following transactions:
- Cash Drawing. Via RCBC, RCBC Savings Bank, BancNet, Megalink and Express Net ATMs. RCBC MyWallet cardholders may likewise draw funds via the maintaining RCBC branch counters upon presentment of acceptable identification.
- Pay Bills. Via RCBC, RCBC Savings Bank and other BancNet ATMs.
- Inquire on Load Balance. ViaRCBC, RCBC Savings Bank, BancNet, Megalink and Express Net ATMs.
- Purchase. Via BancNet Point-of-Sale (POS), BancNet On-line
- Load Value. Via RCBC counters, RCBC ATMs.
Where can I use the RCBC MyWallet?
Through the RCBC MyWallet, you may perform a suite of transactions through the following channels:
- ATMs. RCBC, RCBC Savings Bank, BancNet, Megalink and Express Net ATMs.
- Other BancNet Channels. BancNet On-line, Mobile Banking, Point-of-Sale (POS).
- Branch Counters. Limited only to RCBC branch counters.
Can my name appear on the face of the RCBC MyWallet ATM Card?
The ATM card can either be pre-embossed (no name) or personalized (name of cardholder to be printed on the card).
If the customer opts for a pre-embossed card, he may get it immediately upon purchase. If the customer however opts for a personalized card, he would have to go back to the branch after 4-banking days to pick-up the card.
What charges do I incur if I purchase an RCBC MyWallet?
Since no minimum balance is required for the RCBC MyWallet, to compensate RCBC for the use of its banking systems, processing fees are charged for the following transactions:

Will my RCBC MyWallet expire?
The RCBC MyWallet will expire one year after issue date. If the RCBC MyWallet has sufficient load upon the expiration, the annual membership would automatically be deducted from the card and thus resulting to its automatic reactivation. If the load is insufficient upon the expiry date, the card would be deactivated. It can only be reactivated upon payment of the annual membership fee through RCBC branch counters.
Note: Not applicable for payroll.
