Promo Mechanics

1. The raffle promo is open to all new and existing RCBC retail CASA account holders. Consumer loans, credit cards and corporate RCBC clients are not qualified to this promo, unless they open an RCBC retail CASA account within the promo period.
2. Accountholder/s will earn raffle entries every time they’ve successfully completed any of the following transactions in the table below. Customers can earn 3x raffle entries for selected transactions. Account holders can earn as many raffle entries within each monthly cut-off.

3. Accountholder/s will be informed of their accumulated e-raffle entries via email broadcasts before the actual raffle draw for the month.
4. Draw per month will only include raffle entries earned within the set cut-off dates below:

5. Cut-off of qualified transactions for the monthly draw will be on the 25th of each month at 11:59PM. Earned raffled entries beyond cut-off will be credited to the next month’s draw.
6. Earned raffle entries will not roll-over to the following month and resets every after cut-off.
7. The electronic raffle draw will be held in the presence of representatives from DTI and RCBC.
8. There will be a total of 1,020 winners every monthly draw of prizes below:

9. Accountholder/s may only win once during each raffle draw regardless of the number of accounts and raffle entries earned. If an accountholder/s is drawn more than once, the higher-valued prize will be awarded and a new winner will be drawn for the lower-valued prize.
10. Winning accounts must be active during the raffle draw date. Raffle entries earned through accounts which were closed prior to the raffle draw will be forfeited.
11. RCBC has the right to verify the eligibility of the client and to check whether the account is still active at the time of the raffle draw.
12. Winners will be notified through their registered email and mobile number. Winners will also be posted on the official RCBC Facebook page and website.
13. Winners must present the following when claiming their prize:
    • One (1) Valid Government-issued
    • Original Notification letter from RCBC addressed to winning RCBC Digital User
    • RCBC Account Number

Winners of e-Vouchers will be sent with a unique code directly to their registered email accounts.

14. A representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents the following:
    • One (1) valid Government-issued ID of winner’s representative
    • Winner’s valid government-issued ID
    • Winner’s original notification letter from RCBC
    • Signed authorization letter
    • RCBC Account Number
15. Once the winner’s identification has been verified, Metro Manila winners can redeem their prize at 30F AT Yuchengco Center, 25th & 26th Streets, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig at an agreed upon date and time. Provincial winners can redeem their prize at the agreed upon RCBC Business Center near them.
16. Prizes may be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of the SMS and electronic mail. Unclaimed prizes within redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of RCBC.
17. RCBC reserves the right to refuse delivery of the prize to an authorized representative when the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged.
18. For joint accounts, regardless if the account is an “and” or an “and/or” account, all accountholder/s must be physically present to claim any prize. If one is not present, a special power of attorney must be submitted, authorizing their representative to claim the prize on his/her behalf. In case of conflicting claims among the joint accountholder/s, RCBC reserves the right to refuse and/or stop the release of the prize until RCBC is presented with a notarized document containing the concurrence of all the joint Accountholder/s to the release of the prize. If not resolved within (60) sixty days, RCBC may, likewise forfeit the prize in favor of RCBC.
19. All prizes are tax-paid. Prizes are not transferrable and/or convertible to cash.
20. All RCBC employees – including those who recently resigned within the promo period, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, including its Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members and MasterCard employees including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this Promo.
21. In case of a dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to this Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding on all Accountholder/s.
22. The winners authorize RCBC to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars as determined by RCBC to any person/s and in any mode or manner, for the purpose of announcing the results of the Raffle, and as RCBC may deem appropriate, that is not in any way in violation of customer data privacy.

7. How many times can I win?

Accountholder/s may only win once every monthly draw but can win more than once for the whole campaign. (e.g. regardless if customer did or did not win during the current draw, they can still qualify in the next draws as long as they have earned raffle entries).

8. How can I claim my prize?

You will be notified via SMS and email about details on how to redeem your prize.

9. What do I need to claim my prize?

Winners must present the following when claiming their prize.

• One (1) Valid Government-issued
