Yes, you can earn raffle entries by completing any of the eligible transactions within the promo period.

4. I have an existing online account, if I open another account, will I be able to earn raffle entries from my new account?

Yes, an existing Accountholder who opens a new account within the promo period can earn entries from the new account. All eligible transactions done within the promo period, will earn the corresponding raffle entries.

5. I am an existing RCBC accountholder. How do I enroll my account?

You may enroll your account via https://www.rcbconlinebanking.com/web/ne. Just input your account or card number and nominate your username and password.

6. I am not an RCBC accountholder. How can I join the raffle?

To join the raffle, you may open a savings account via https://www.rcbconlinebanking.com/web/nb/Welcome/NewToRCBC within the promo period. Upon account opening, the account will be automatically enrolled in RCBC Digital and will automatically earn five (5) raffle entries. To earn additional raffle entries, complete any the following eligible transactions via RCBC Digital:

7. How many raffle entries can I accumulate?

There is no maximum number of raffle entries that an Accountholder can accumulate so the more transactions you make, more chances of winning. 

8. If I do a bills payment transaction worth Php 4,000, will I be eligible to earn 2 raffle entries?

No.  A single bills payment transaction of Php 4,000 will earn you 1 raffle entry. 

9. If I do multiple transactions in the same day, will I be able to earn the corresponding raffle entries?

Yes, multiple transactions done within the same day will still earn the corresponding raffle entries except for the following transactions:

Yes. As long as you complete the transactions within the promo period and meet the minimum amount required to qualify.

11. I have a joint account with my spouse, can we both enroll in RCBC Digital and be eligible to earn raffle entries?

For joint accounts, only the primary account is allowed to enroll in RCBC Digital.

13. Until when can I earn raffle entries?

You can earn raffle entries during the entirety of the promo period, which runs from February 15, 2022 to August 15, 2022.

Go Digital & Drive Raffle Promo

1. The raffle promo (the “Promo”) is open to all new and existing retail Accountholder/s who hold individual accounts and/or joint accounts residing in the Philippines.
2. The Promo is from February 15, 2022, to August 15, 2022, 11:59 PM (“Promo Period”) only. 
3. To earn a raffle entry, the Accountholder must do any of the eligible online transactions via RCBC Online Banking website or RCBC mobile app (collectively, “RCBC Digital”) within the Promo Period. The following eligible transactions (“Transactions”) have the corresponding number of entries:

4. Accountholder will earn five (5) raffle entry for every successful sign-up in RCBC Digital within the Promo Period. If an Accountholder has multiple accounts, each account is eligible to earn five (5) raffle entries once successfully enrolled in RCBC Digital within the Promo Period. No raffle entries will be awarded to repeat sign-ups using the same account number. 
5. Only successful Transactions within the Promo Period are eligible to earn raffle entries. 
6. Multiple fund transfers to the same receiver within a single day will be treated as one transaction.
7. Multiple bills payment to the same biller within a single day will be treated as one transaction.
8. There will be a total of twenty-one (21) winners. Raffle prizes are as follows:

9. Electronic raffle draw will be held at the 30/F ATY Centre, 25th & 26th Sts, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on August 29, 2022, 5:00 PM (“Raffle Draw”). All draws will be witnessed by an authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).
10. An Accountholder can only win once during the Raffle Draw regardless of number of accounts and raffle entries earned. If an Accountholder’s name is drawn more than once and for prizes of different values, he/she will be awarded the higher-valued prize and a new winner will be drawn for the lesser-valued prize.
11. Qualified Account/s for which winning raffle entries are drawn (including those earned from transactions other than account enrolment or new time deposit placement) must be active during the Raffle Draw Date. Raffle entries earned through accounts which were closed prior to the raffle draw will be forfeited.
12. RCBC has the right to verify the eligibility of the client and to check whether the account is still active at the time of the Raffle Draw.
13. Winners will be notified through registered mail sent to the address indicated on their customer information file, and by email and phone communication also indicated on their customer     information file. Winners will also be posted on the official RCBC Facebook page and website. Winners will be announced on September 2, 2022.
14. Cash prizes shall be credited to the winners’ RCBC bank account.
15. Winning participants are required to present two (2) valid government-issued IDs when claiming the prize along with the notification sent via registered mail, email address, and phone communication.
16. For the winner of the Honda car unit, present the above requirements at Honda Cars Manila, Corner Pres, 1877 Honda Cars Manila Building Paz M. Guazon St, Quirino Ave, Paco, Manila, 1007 Metro Manila.
17. If the prize will be claimed by a winner’s representative, the following documents must also be  presented:
    1. Notarized Special Power of Attorney (to claim and transact/to claim and transfer  ownership);
    2. Two (2) valid government issued IDs of the winner; and
    3. Two (2) valid government issued IDs of the authorized representative.

18. Cost of shipping of the prizes, if applicable, will be shouldered by RCBC. Cost of insurance and registration of the prizes, if applicable, will be shouldered by the winner.
19. For joint accounts, regardless if the account is an “and” or an “and/or” account, all Accountholder/s must be physically present to claim any prize. If one is not present, a Special Power of Attorney must be submitted, authorizing their representative to claim the prize on his/her behalf. In case of conflicting claims among the joint Accountholder/s, RCBC reserves the right to refuse and/or stop the release of the prize until RCBC is presented with a notarized document containing the concurrence of all the joint Accountholder/s consenting to the release of the prize. In case of conflicting claims, RCBC may, likewise forfeit the prize in favor of RCBC if the conflicting claims of the Accountholder/s is not resolved within sixty (60) days from the winner’s receipt of notification via registered mail with concurrence of DTI. The Accountholder/s shall hold RCBC free and harmless from any and all claims, suits actions charges and other liabilities and shall indemnify RCBC and/or its directors, officers and personnel for all losses, damages, and expenses arising from or connection with such conflict.
20. Prizes for this Promo are non-transferrable and cannot be assigned to any third person or entity. The Grand Prize (2022 Honda CRV) is not convertible to cash.  All the release of all prizes shall be further subject to RCBC’s policies and procedures.
21. All newly opened and existing accounts are subject to RCBC’s policies and procedures and Terms and Conditions governing deposit accounts.
22. In case of a dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to this Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding on all Accountholder/s.
23. Employees of RCBC, its advertising agency and printing suppliers, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and affinities, subsidiaries and other entities related to the Bank are disqualified from joining the Promo.
24. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.
25. The winners authorize RCBC to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars as determined by RCBC to any person/s and in any mode or manner, for the purpose of announcing the results of the Raffle, and as RCBC may deem appropriate, that is not in any way in violation of customer data privacy.
26. RCBC will shoulder the 20% tax of all prizes exceeding Php10,000.
27. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of RCBC with prior approval from DTI.
