  • To claim the promo code, cardholders must DM Core + Grace Pilates Studio via Facebook or Instagram via @coregrace.pilates “RCBC Hexagon Exclusive Membership Offer”, and submit valid proof of RCBC Hexagon Club membership eligibility for verification. Bookings must be completed through the Rezerv platform (https://coregrace.rezerv.co/) using the issued promo code. Full payment must be made using an eligible RCBC Hexagon Club Mastercard Debit or Credit Card.
  • Promo codes must be redeemed within the campaign period and will expire after December 31, 2026.
  • Memberships purchased under this offer are unique, non-transferable, and non-refundable once activated.
