1. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") and DMCI Homes will run the RCBC Hexagon Club x DMCI Homes Exclusive Promo ("Promo") from September 16 to December 31, 2026 ("Promo Period").
2. The Promo is open to all identified RCBC Hexagon Club Lite (individual), Privilege and Priority Members who have received an SMS/Viber and/or email about the Promo together with their Unique Promo Code ("Eligible Clients").
3. Eligible Clients are entitled to an exclusive Php 80,000 upfront discount on select pre-selling DMCI condo units. 
   • The discount is applied upfront to the Total List Price before the start of the payment term, after deducting any regular DMCI discounts. 
   • This discount is strictly applicable to UNIT purchases only and does not apply to parking purchases.
4. Participating Pre-Selling Projects include the following: 
   • The Valeron Tower (C-5 cor. P.E. Antonio St., Pasig City) 
   • Fortis Residences (Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City) 
   • One Delta Terraces (West Avenue cor. Quezon Avenue, Quezon City) 
   • The Calinea Tower (M.H. Del Pilar St., Grace Park, Caloocan City) 
   • Kalea Heights (Good Shepherd Road, Banawa Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City)
5. Eligible Clients will be notified via SMS, Viber, and/or email regarding their Unique Promo Code, which will be sent to their registered contact details with RCBC during the Promo Period.
6. To claim the discount, Eligible Clients must comply with the following procedures: 
   
   • Interested Hexagon Club members are advised to contact their dedicated RCBC Branch Manager to inquire.
   • To validate eligibility, the member must present a copy of the SMS/Viber/Email offer they received together with their Unique Promo Code and Hexagon Club Debit/Credit Card to DMCI. 
   • DMCI will validate the presented promo code and proof of membership.
   • Upon closing the deal and successful validation, DMCI will process the standard sales reservation and secure approval for the Php 80,000 discount.
7. The resulting Total Contract Price (after the Php 80,000 discount deduction) will be used to compute the selected payment terms, including the down payment and all succeeding payments.
8. General Provisions: 
   • All prospective buyers availing of the Promo must be coursed through DMCI Homes for validation and confirmation. 
   • To be eligible for this specific discount, Bank Financing (BF) for the participating pre-selling projects should be under RCBC. 
   • RCBC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the clients. 
   • RCBC's policies and procedures, terms and conditions governing deposit and loan accounts and Hexagon Club Membership will still apply.
