• Unless otherwise specified, all promotional discounts are calculated based on the base price before local Service Charges and government taxes (e.g., VAT). 
• The promo is open to the applicable RCBC Hexagon Cardholders who are active and in good standing.
• Offers are applicable to one (1) single-receipt transaction per Cardholder per day. Splitting a single transaction into multiple receipts, bills, or tables to bypass spend limits or gain multiple discounts is strictly prohibited.
• Promotional offers and discounts are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with any other in-house promos, packages, vouchers, or corporate rates of the Provider.
• In accordance with Philippine laws in the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, when applicable, the Senior Citizen or Person with Disability (PWD) can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
• The parties agree that upon execution of this Agreement, they shall secure the necessary DTI Fair Trade Permit to cover the period of effectivity of this Agreement. The Provider warrants that any modification or early termination of this promo shall be subject to prior DTI written clearance.
• Only one (1) Eligible RCBC Card is required per table/bill to avail of the discount.
• In case of dispute regarding the promo, the decision of RCBC and the Provider shall be final, with the concurrence of DTI.
• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Eligible RCBC Cards and the RCBC Omnibus General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and shall remain in full force and effect.
