- RCBC Hexagon Club members must pay using their valid RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card prior to the availment of the promo. Only one (1) RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card will be honored per booking.
- The discount is not applicable to Service Charge and VAT (unless otherwise stated). In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- Any decision, amendment, or termination regarding the terms and conditions of this promotion shall be subject to the prior written approval and concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Any approved amendment or termination shall be without prejudice to any valid redemptions, bookings, or transactions made by participants prior to its effective date.
- Dispute and Liability
- In case of disputes related to the quality of the product or service, the Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with Roces Wellness.
- RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the merchant and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and shall remain in full force and effect.
- In case of dispute regarding the promo, the decision of RCBC and Roces Wellness shall be final, with the concurrence of DTI.
