Terms & Conditions:

  • Clients may present either their valid RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card per sales transaction or bill to avail of the exclusive discount and must use either their RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card to settle the transaction.
  • The discount offers are valid strictly for standardized bedframe transactions (Single, Double, Queen, King size units, and including drawer/pullout additions) and are applicable up to a maximum purchase amount of Php100,000 only per receipt. All other furniture categories, modular kitchen sets, wardrobe cabinetry, and customized items are strictly excluded.
  • Splitting a single standardized bedframe purchase or an interconnected set of items into multiple receipts to circumvent the Php100,000 transaction threshold or to multi-avail of discounts is strictly prohibited. Note: Multiple, distinct transactions processed on the same day are eligible for the discount, provided these are separate, independent purchases (e.g., A member purchases a Single bedframe for their guestroom in the morning, and later returns in the afternoon to purchase a separate Queen bedframe for the master bedroom as two independent transaction invoices) and not a result of splitting a single sales invoice.
  • All offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credits, or combined with other in-store promotions/discounts unless explicitly stated by Yhen Furniture Shop.
  • The 10% discount is applicable solely to the base bedframe cost and does not apply to mattresses, bedding, delivery fees, customized out-of-town inspection fees, or VAT (unless otherwise stated).
  •  Any decision, amendment, or termination regarding the terms and conditions of this promotion shall be subject to the prior written approval and concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Any approved amendment or termination shall be without prejudice to any valid redemptions, bookings, or transactions made by participants prior to its effective date.
  • RCBC is not the supplier of the products and services (Furniture and Modular Cabinetry) and shall not be liable for any disputes regarding craftsmanship,material structural quality, or production timelines. Any concerns regarding the furniture must be settled directly between the Cardholder and Yhen Furniture Shop.
  • Dispute and Liability:
    • In case of disputes related to the quality of the product or service, the Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with Yhen Furniture Shop.
    • RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the merchant and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus
      General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and shall remain in full force and effect.
    • In case of a dispute regarding the promo, the joint decision of RCBC and Yhen Furniture Shop shall be final, with the concurrence of the DTI.
