RCBC Boz Transition
To provide a more seamless digital banking experience, RCBC Boz will transition effective November 27, 2026. Your existing RCBC account will remain active, but you must register on RCBC Pulz to maintain uninterrupted access to your banking services.

What does the app transition mean?
It means that RCBC Boz mobile application will be closed and will not be available for download or use temporarily. You can immediately start using our digital banking app, RCBC Pulz, where you can continue managing your finances seamlessly.
What should I do with my account?
To prepare for the transition, please take a few moments to complete the following steps in your RCBC Boz app:
- Close your goals: close your "Business Goals".
- To close your Business Goals follow these steps:
- Tap “Business Goals”
- Select a business Goal
- Tap the Trash icon on upper right of the screen
- Tap “Delete”
- You will be notified that your business goal has been deleted.
- Note: All your funds in the business goals will be transferred to your account.
- To close your Business Goals follow these steps:
- Clear pending items: Cancel any outstanding or pending Invoices and Payroll.
- To cancel your pending invoices
- Tap the “Invoice”
- Tap any “Pending” invoice
- Tap “Cancel Invoice”
- You will receive an OTP.
- Insert the OTP and tap “Submit”
- You will be notified that your invoice has been cancelled.
- To cancel your payroll
- Tap “Payroll” feature
- Select an employee
- Tap the 3 dotted icon on the top right of your screen.
- Tap “Delete Employee”
- Tap “Delete”
- To cancel your pending invoices
When will the transition take place?
RCBC Boz will officially transition on November 27, 2026, 10pm.
What will happen to my money if I don’t transfer it in time?
Rest assured that your money is entirely safe, secure, and unaffected. They will be readily available once you use RCBC Pulz or when you visit any ATM Machine or RCBC branch.
Can I log into Pulz using my existing Boz credentials?
No, RCBC Boz and RCBC Pulz are separate apps and will require separate registration or login credentials.
Is there an alternative app I can use moving forward?
Yes, and we can't wait to welcome you there! You can seamlessly transition to RCBC Pulz for your everyday banking needs. Simply download the RCBC Pulz app from the App Store or Google Play and register your account to get started.
Can I still track my RCBC Boz collections and expenses in Pulz?
No, Collections and Expenses feature are not available in Pulz but you can track transactions in the Transactions History
Can I still view my previous transactions in RCBC Boz?
Yes, Your previous transactions in RCBC Boz transactions will be viewable in RCBC Pulz via Manage account.
What will happen to my pending unpaid invoice?
All invoice payments from your previously issued invoice will be processed and directed to your enrolled RCBC account.
What will happen to my uncancelled scheduled payroll if I did not cancel prior to the transition date?
Your schedule transfer will no longer proceed or be processed.
What would happen if I did not close my business goal?
All your business goal funds will be transferred to your enrolled RCBC account.
Can I still view my business report?
No, you can no longer view your business report but you can still see your transactions in RCBC Pulz when you register.
