Never Miss a Due Date: How to Set Up Autopay for Your RCBC Credit Card

When you’re a business owner with a million things on your plate, credit card due dates are easy to miss. The payment process pulls you away from the work that matters to you. However, missing due dates also hurts a business–you pay late fees, it can lower your credit score, and it can interrupt your cash flow.

Setting up autopay for your credit card fixes the routine so you can stay focused on the business and the family you are planning for.

What Is Autopay in Credit Cards?

Autopay is a standing instruction that settles a bill on a set schedule. You choose the source of funds and the amount. After that, the bank moves the money for you on the scheduled day.

Autopay automates the process but still gives you control of the numbers.

How to Set Up Autopay for Credit Card Payments

Credit card holders have two options to automate payments: RCBC Pulz App and Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA). Here’s how you can set up automatic payments:

Setting Up Auto-Charge via the RCBC Pulz App

Use this when you want recurring bills charged to your eligible RCBC account.

  1. Log in to your RCBC Pulz app.
  2. Go to the Debit dashboard and tap Pay Bills.
  3. Look for Choose your next transaction and select Auto-Charge Biller.
  4. Enter your biller information and payment details.
  5. Confirm the setup with the OTP sent to your phone.

Once enrolled, those bills post to your card on schedule.

Time Your Payments via Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA)

If you keep deposits with RCBC, enroll your RCBC Credit Card in ADA.

  1. Log in to your RCBC Online Banking Account.
  2. Tap Pay Bills on the Homepage.
  3. On the Bills Payment page, tap Auto-Debit Arrangement.
  4. Select Add New, then enter the biller information and payment details.
  5. Enter the OTP sent to your phone to confirm the ADA setup.

For ADA payments, you may choose the Total Amount Due or the Minimum Amount Due. The bank then debits your nominated RCBC deposit account each month.

Fund the enrolled account at least two banking days before the due date, with enough to cover the amount you selected. Paying the Total Amount Due keeps interest from building. The minimum only protects you from a late mark. It does not clear the balance.

Benefits of Setting Up Autopay for Credit Cards

A credit card for business owners is only useful if the bill gets paid on time. A missed payment can trigger a late fee, extra interest, and, if it stretches past 30 days, a report to the public credit registry. That record follows you when you apply for a larger facility, restructure a company line, or plan a transfer of assets.

Autopay removes the risk of forgetting dates. You no longer need to remember a due date between board meetings, travel, and family obligations. Your available credit refreshes on time when the payment posts through RCBC channels.

You also protect continuity. A clean card history is part of the file your next generation will inherit, along with the business itself. Pair ADA with a funded deposit account, and you give that file fewer surprises.

Keep one habit. Read the statement every month. Autopay should never replace a fraud check.

Set It and Forget It, the Autopay Way

Learning how to set up autopay for credit cards takes minutes but pays off for years. Enroll in ADA or set up Auto-Charge in RCBC Pulz for the bills you already pay every month. Fund the account ahead of time, review your statement, then let the system handle the rest.

If you hold an RCBC credit card, talk to your relationship manager. They can walk you through enrollment, confirm which accounts qualify, and align payments with the way you already move money.
