How do I know I am qualified for this promo?
RCBC will communicate this promotion to qualified RCBC accountholders via email and SMS message. 

When is the promo period?
The promo will run until November 15, 2026. 

How much is the rebate?
The rebate is a one-time amount of Php 100.

How can I get my rebate?
You will be eligible for the Php 100 cashback upon making five (5) transactions with your qualified RCBC MyDebit Mastercard, with a minimum in-store or online spend of Php 300.

When will I get my rebate?
The rebate will be credited to your account within 7 banking days.

I hold multiple accounts in RCBC. Which of my accounts will receive the rebate?
You will receive the rebate based on the linked account in your debit card that you have used for your in-store or online purchase.

How many times will I receive the rebate?
The rebate is a one-time credit only. Once you have received your rebate, you will not receive any additional rebates within the promo period.

I received a rebate SMS/EDM from RCBC with a link. Is this legitimate?
RCBC never sends links via SMS and EDM. Don’t click. Keep your info safe.

I have not received my Php 100 rebate. What should I do?
If you have not received your Php 100 rebate after 7 banking days, please contact Customer Care at atmanddebit_helpdesk@rcbc.com

Terms & Conditions 

  • The program is valid to selected RCBC MyDebit Mastercard cardholders (Customer)  who have received an EDM and SMS from sender mask RCBC. 
  • The promo period is from August 15 until November 15, 2026. 
  • To qualify for the Php 100 cashback, the Customer must meet the following conditions:
  • Must use their RCBC MyDebit Mastercard five (5) times, with a minimum spend of Php 300 per transaction.
  • Must make qualified transactions via online or point-of-sale (POS) during the promo period.
  • Must use his/her qualified RCBC MyDebit Mastercard as mode of payment.
  • The Php 100 rebate shall be credited within seven (7) banking days following the Customer’s fifth transaction using their qualified RCBC MyDebit Mastercard.
  • The cashback is one-time, only applicable after the fifth transaction, and no additional rebates will be given after the fifth purchase.
  • The cashback is not transferable and cannot be converted to gift certificates, vouchers, or any form.
  • RCBC reserves the right to refuse the crediting of rebate to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent account, cancelled card, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to earn rebate or receive benefits).
