How to Send Money to the US Virtual Account
From Popular Banks and Payment Apps

1. Go to Accounts (or Transfer to bank), then select Add banks and cards → Banks (or Link a new bank account).

2. Tap Enter your account info at the bottom of the bank list.

3. Select Checking as the account type.

4. Enter the US Virtual Account’s ACH Routing Number and ACH Account Number.

5. Tap Authorize and Add.

6. Wait 1–3 business days for 2 small test deposits (under $1.00) to appear in the US Virtual Account.

7. Follow the instructions sent to your email to verify the deposit amounts and complete setup.

1. Tap Add a recipient and select USD.

2. Choose Bank details, then select Myself.

3. Enter the US Virtual Account’s Account Holder Name, Routing Number, and Account Number (Checking).

4. Select ACH under transfer method (for zero transfer fees).

5. Tap Continue, review the summary, and select Confirm and send.

1. Go to My Profile.

2. Open the Pay tab.

3. Tap Add Payment Method.

4. Select Checking under account type, enter the US Virtual Account’s Routing Number and Account Number, then click Save.

To Withdraw Funds:

1. Go to Withdraw and convert → Manage bank accounts → Add account.

2. Set Country to United States, Account Type (Profile) to Personal, and Currency to USD.

3. Select Other as the Bank Name and enter the bank/institution name.

4. Enter the US Virtual Account’s exact Account Holder Name, Routing Number, Account Number, and select Checking.

5. Submit for approval (takes up to 3 business days).


To Receive Direct Payments:

1. Set Country to United States, Account Type (Profile) to Personal, and Currency to USD.

2. Select Other as the Bank Name and enter the bank/institution name.

3. Enter the US Virtual Account’s exact Account Holder Name, Routing Number, Account Number, and select Checking.

4. Enter the registered address and contact details, then submit for approval (takes up to 3 business days).

1. Go to Account Transfer and select Link an external account.

2. Scroll to the bottom and click Fill in the account info yourself.

3. Enter the US Virtual Account’s ACH Routing Number and Account Number, then select Checking.

4. Accept the terms and tap Send deposits.

5. Check your account in 1–2 business days for 2 small deposits (under $0.50), then verify them in Chase under Pay & transfer → External accounts.

1. Go to Transfer & Pay → Recipients & Accounts.

2. Select Link a new bank account, then tap Share your account info.

3. Select Checking and enter the US Virtual Account’s ACH Routing Number and ACH Account Number.

4. Tap Submit to send trial deposits.

5. Wait 1–3 business days for 2 small test deposits (under $1.00) to appear in the US Virtual Account.

6. Follow the instructions sent to your email to verify the deposit amounts and complete setup.

Yes. Your U.S. Virtual Account is issued through RCBC’s U.S. banking partner, Meridian. All funds follow U.S. and Philippine regulatory requirements and are credited to your RCBC peso account.

Pesos are credited almost instantly after U.S. dollars are received in your U.S. Virtual Account. There are no delays or manual steps. Your money moves automatically from the U.S. to RCBC in real time.

Yes. You can provide your U.S. Virtual Account details to your employer or the Social Security Administration just like a local U.S. bank account. Funds received will be converted to PHP and deposited into your RCBC account.

For ACH transfers, provide:

• Your name as shown in the app

• U.S. account number

• U.S. routing number

• U.S. bank address shown in the app

For wire transfers, provide:

• U.S. account number

• U.S. routing number

• Your name as shown in the app

• Bank address shown in the app

• Include your name in the wire memo field to ensure proper crediting

You can check your U.S. Virtual Account information, USD balance, and transaction history anytime in RCBC Pulz under U.S. Virtual Account.

• No fee for currency conversion from USD to PHP
• No fee for incoming ACH transfers
• USD 15 fee for incoming wire transfers

• If the transfer fails on the U.S. side, funds will be returned to the sender
• If crediting to your RCBC account is delayed, you may contact RCBC Customer Care through the Pulz app

No. The U.S. Virtual Account can be linked to only one nominated RCBC peso account at this time.

Only existing RCBC customers may avail of the service. New customers need to open an RCBC account and register on Pulz first.

Meridian will also conduct a separate verification requiring:

• Valid Philippine ID
• Philippine address
• Date of birth and full name verification
• Employment details and expected monthly USD deposits

4. Your account will be ready within minutes

• Receiving USD: No limit
• Converting to PHP: up to USD 10,000 per transaction, daily, and monthly

No. The sending bank must be based in the United States using ACH or FedWire networks. Banks from other countries cannot send to the U.S. Virtual Account.
