  • Only one (1) RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card is required per table/bill to avail of the complimentary item.
  • The promo is valid for dine-in transactions only (unless specified otherwise by the establishment).
  • Splitting of a single transaction or receipt for the purpose of availing multiple complimentary items is strictly prohibited.
  • The promotional items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other menu items, or alternate discounts.
  • In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD) can avail of the promotional discount/offer or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, but cannot combine both.
  • Any decision, amendment, or termination regarding the terms and conditions of this promotion shall be subject to the prior written approval and concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Any approved amendment or termination shall be without prejudice to any valid redemptions, bookings, or transactions made by participants prior to its effective date.  
  • Dispute and Liability:
    • In case of disputes related to the quality of the food product or service, the Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with the specific participating establishment under Bigby's Group.
    • RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the merchant partner and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card, RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus General Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein by reference.
  • In case of a dispute regarding the mechanics or execution of the promo, the decision of RCBC and Bigby’s Group shall be final, with the concurrence of DTI.
