For RCBC Online Corporate (ROC), you have the option to enroll the beneficiary or recipient’s account. For recurring PESONet fund transfers, enrollment is encouraged for convenience and ease of transaction.

Yes. PESONet transactions done via RCBC Online Corporate (ROC) will be processed following the new cut-off schedules effective August 1, 2024:

- Cycle 1 - ROC PESONet approved transactions from 2:01 PM of the previous banking day until 9:00 AM of the current business day, PCHC clears funds and sends to Beneficiary Bank at 10:00 AM of the current business day.

- Cycle 2 - ROC PESONet approved transactions from 9:01 AM until 12:00 NN, PCHC clears funds and sends to Beneficiary Bank at 1:00 PM of the current business day.

- Cycle 3 - ROC PESONet approved transactions from 12:01 PM until 2:00 PM, PCHC clears funds and sends to Beneficiary Bank at 4:00 PM of the current business day.

Important note: PESONet transactions approved after the 2:00 PM cut-off will be processed the next banking day. Actual crediting to the beneficiary bank account shall depend on the beneficiary bank's crediting schedule.

PESONet fund transfer service is only available between Philippine Peso accounts of participating banks and BSP-supervised Financial Institutions (BSFIs) within the Philippines.

For PESONet fund transfer via ROC, a transaction fee of Php 10 is charged to the sender of the funds.

None. The transaction fee will be shouldered by the source accountholder / sender of funds.

Yes. The possible instances for unsuccessful crediting includes, but not limited to the following:

Problem on the recipient’s account with the receiving financial institution – (a) the account details provided are incorrect (i.e. wrong or invalid account number); (b) if the beneficiary account has restrictions.

The beneficiary Bank/BSFI may experience problems during crediting of funds. Should this occur, the funds shall be credited back to your account excluding the transaction fee.

The transaction will push through and will be credited by the receiving bank/institution to the beneficiary account number you entered so long as it is such receiving bank/institution's accepted format/value. Please make sure that you entered the correct beneficiary account number before clicking "Submit".

InstaPay is a real-time, low-value, electronic payment or credit transfer to other banks. It follows a clear-before-settle arrangement to allow instant credit confirmation of transaction to beneficiary or recipient’s account. Similar to PESONet, it is also a payment scheme under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS) to promote a safe, efficient, affordable and reliable retail payment system in the Philippines.

InstaPay fund transfers can be made to individual, business, and corporate accounts.

For businesses and corporate clients, InstaPay is available in RCBC’s Online Corporate (ROC) Banking platform.

None. However, you can only transfer up to PHP 50,000 per transaction.

RCBC Online Corporate (ROC) will automatically debit your source account first before pushing this to the receiving account given the clear-before-settle arrangement. In case there was an error encountered, the amount will be automatically reversed and credited back to your company’s source account. In other cases, reconciliation or reversal will be done on the next banking day.
