  • Only one (1) eligible RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card is required per table or bill to avail of the 10% discount. 
  • The discount is strictly valid for dine-in and take-out transactions only. It explicitly excludes online, website delivery, and third-party delivery application orders. 
  • The 10% discount applies strictly to enjoy 10% OFF for every purchase of Burgbox Ultimate (The Aunt Lucy, The Brooklyn, The Mama Mia, and The Texas). 
  • Splitting a single transaction or table order for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is strictly prohibited. 
  • The promo offers are entirely non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, restaurant credits, other menu items, or used alongside alternative discounts and store promotions. 
  • The 10% discount is not applicable to local Service Charges and VAT (unless otherwise explicitly stated by law). 
  • In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  • RCBC is not the supplier of the food and beverage products and shall not be liable for any dispute regarding the preparation, quality, or delivery of said products and services. Any dispute concerning the products and services must be settled directly between the Cardholder and Burgbox Restaurant. 
  • The use of the RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card is subject to the RCBC Omnibus Terms and Conditions. 
  • In case of any dispute regarding the promo mechanics or customer execution, the decision of RCBC and Burgbox Restaurant shall be deemed final, with the official concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
