1. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") shall run the Hexagon Club Debit for Credits Promo ("Promo") from July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 ("Promo Period").
2. The Promo is open to identified RCBC Hexagon Club members (“Eligible Clients”) who:
a. are enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege or Hexagon Club Priority during the Promo Period;
b. have an active Hexagon Club Debit Card that corresponds to their current Hexagon Club membership status. To wit:
c. maintain an active account/s within the Promo Period;
d. have valid and updated customer information in RCBC’s database; and
e. have received a Unique Promo Code via SMS/Viber and/or email notification for registration purposes
3. Registration and Spend Period is from July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
a. Registration:
i. To qualify for the Promo, Eligible Clients must register by visiting the Promo’s Registration Page. During registration, the client must provide their Unique Promo Code and the last four (4) digits of their Hexagon Club Debit Card. Only one (1) Hexagon Club Debit Card may be registered per eligible client for purposes of this Promo.
ii. A confirmation message shall appear on the page, and an email notification shall be sent to confirm successful registration.
iii. By completing the registration process, the Eligible Client agrees that (1) his/her personal information shall be processed in accordance with RCBC's Privacy Policy, (2) undertakes to keep secure the Unique Promo Code provided by RCBC. RCBC will not resend, retrieve, or modify the Unique Promo Code, except in verified instances of system-side delivery failure. In such cases, RCBC reserves the right to validate and reissue the code at its sole discretion. Codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient, and (3) acknowledges having read and understood the Promo Mechanics and agrees to be bound by same in their participation;
b. Qualified Spend and Cashback Reward:
i. The Eligible Client shall earn cashback based on their Hexagon Club Debit Card type, subject to meeting the spend requirement for all Point-of-Sale (POS) and E-commerce (eCOM) retail purchase transactions during the Promo Period:
Note: The minimum accumulated spend per month is based on eligible transactions after registration.
ii. The following transactions are excluded from the Promo:
1. Transactions made prior the registration date
2. Transactions made prior and after the spend period
3. Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions
4. Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Cash-ins, Casino/gambling Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified.
Note: RCBC is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this Promo.
4. Cashback shall be computed based on the total qualified retail transactions posted within each calendar month after the client's registration date, provided that the Eligible Client accumulates a minimum cumulative qualified retail spend of Php 1,000 within the applicable transaction period. The cashback amount shall be subject to the applicable monthly cashback cap and shall be credited to the Eligible Client's Primary RCBC CASA account linked to their Hexagon Club Debit Card within thirty (30) banking days after the end of each qualifying month , subject to standard system processing periods. RCBC shall not be liable for delays resulting from external clearing house factors.
5. Only transactions made using the nominated debit card shall qualify for cashback computation. Changes to the nominated debit card after registration shall not be allowed.
6. Eligible Clients shall receive an SMS and/or email notification of their cashback earned under the Promo within fifteen (15) banking days from successful cashback crediting. The notification is provided for monitoring purposes only. In case of any discrepancy, RCBC's records and final cashback computation shall prevail.
7. Eligible Clients whose Hexagon Club membership, CASA account, or debit card account becomes closed, cancelled, blocked, dormant, delinquent, or otherwise not in good standing at the time of cashback crediting shall automatically forfeit their cashback entitlement.
8. RCBC reserves the right to reverse or adjust the cashback posted if the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, or if there is erroneous posting of the cashback, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo.
9. By joining this Promo and enrolling to the Hexagon Club, the client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these Promo Mechanics and the terms and conditions governing Hexagon Club Membership, including, but not limited to, the collection, disclosure, and processing of personal information.
10. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.
11. The cashback cannot be exchanged for products other than the offer indicated.
12. All questions or disputes on qualified transactions must be raised by the Cardholder within thirty (30) days from posting of the cashback.
13. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, upon the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding.
14. RCBC's policies and procedures, terms and conditions governing deposit accounts, Hexagon Club Membership, and debit cards will still apply.
