• Offer applies to eligible customers availing a minimum membership plan of either twelve (12), six (6), or three (3) months, depending on the selected plan. Early termination before the end of the agreed term may result in applicable penalties or forfeiture of promotional benefits.
• Early termination of the agreed term may result in applicable penalties or forfeiture of promotional benefits. Pre-termination requests will be handled under the Membership Cancellation Policy and must fall under one of the following valid reasons: change of term, military deployment, medical reasons, relocation, or loss of life. Requests that do not fall under these categories may still be considered for approval, subject to a minimal fee based on the member’s selected term. For instance, if a member initially signed a 12-month term but chooses to terminate after only 2 months, the membership will be adjusted to the applicable shorter-term equivalent (e.g., a 3-month term). Based on a monthly rate of 1,800, an additional 200 per month will be applied to align with the revised term. The remaining balance equivalent to one month (2,000) will also be charged to complete the 3-month term, after which the account will be fully terminated.
• Valid for Membership availment only. Excludes walk-in/non membership sessions.
• Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts or freebies is prohibited.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.
• In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen or Person with Disability (PWD) can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
• RCBC reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount/freebie to the cardholder’s account if the cardholder is found to be ineligible.
• By availing of the promo, the cardholder agrees to the cancellation policy and general terms and conditions of Edge Gym & Fitness Studio.
• Dispute and Liability:
  • In case of disputes related to the quality of the product or service, the Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with Edge Gym & Fitness Studio.
  • RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the merchant and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
  • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and shall remain in full force and effect.
• To qualify and avail of the offers, cardholders must ensure the payment is charged to the qualified RCBC Hexagon Club Credit or Debit Card during the Promo.
