- The offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or other discounts/promos unless explicitly stated.
- RCBC is not the supplier of the products and services and shall not be liable for any dispute regarding the quality or delivery of said products/services. Any dispute concerning the products and services shall be settled directly between the customer and Kaiju Cafe.
- Dispute and Liability:
- In case of disputes related to the quality of the product or service, the Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with Kaiju Cafe
- RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the merchant and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and shall remain in full force and effect.
- In case of dispute regarding the promo, the decision of RCBC and Kaiju Cafe shall be final, with the concurrence of DTI.
