• Only one (1) RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card is
  required per booking to avail of the discount. The RCBC Hexagon Club member also shall be asked to provide a valid ID for verification.
• To avail of the discount, payments should only be made using any of the
  eligible RCBC Hexagon Club cards. The RCBC Hexagon Club member also shall be asked to provide a valid ID for verification.
• Only one (1) qualified RCBC Hexagon Debit/Credit Card per payment transaction will be honored, regardless if the client has multiple eligible cards.
• The offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or other discounts/promos unless explicitly stated.
• RCBC is not the supplier of the products and services and shall not be liable for any dispute regarding the quality or delivery of said products/services. Any dispute concerning the products and services shall be settled directly between the customer and Mireya Aesthetic and Wellness Center.
