Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promo Offer of RCBC Hexagon Club and Partner is exclusive to RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Cards”) cardholders (“Eligible Clients”) from December 1 to 14, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
  2. Promo - Cardholders will get P500 OFF on their purchase at ZALORA when they:
      1. Apply the promo code “HCHOLIDAYS”, which is valid within the Promo Period or until supplies last, whichever comes first (Note: Promo code can only be used once per qualified card.);
      2. Use RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card for payment; and
      3. Minimum spend requirement of P3,000 is met.
  3. The Promo is valid only in ZALORA merchants.
  4. The Promo code is stackable to ZALORA’s existing vouchers/discounts.
  5. The Promo is available on the official ZALORA website and mobile app.
  6. The Discount is not convertible to cash.
  7. The use of promo code is subject to ZALORA’s terms and conditions.
  8. In the event of an order cancellation by the Cardholder, the Promo Code shall remain valid and may be reused during the Promo Period, subject to the following conditions:
      1. A cancelled Promo Code remains valid for reuse by the Cardholder, regardless of whether the cancellation occurred during or after the original purchase attempt date, provided the reuse of the Code happens within the defined Promo Period.
      2. The reuse of a cancelled code is subject to the remaining available limit. Once the limit has been reached by successful, delivered orders, the code will no longer be reusable.
  9. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promo, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding to all clients. For matters requiring regulatory oversight, RCBC's decision will be made with the concurrence of DTI.  
  10. RCBC Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card shall still apply.
