PROMO MECHANICS:

  1. The RCBC Hexagon Club Free Airport Lounge Access Promo (“Promo”) will run from October 17, 2025 to January 15, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
  2. The Promo is open to qualified  Hexagon Club Privilege and Priority members who have met all of the following criteria (“Eligible Clients”):
      1. Is enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority as of September 30, 2025;
      2. Has at least Php 100,000 in total Peso Checking/Savings Account (“CASA”) Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) as of September 30, 2025; and
      3. Has received the promo offer and the Instaperx eVoucher code (“eVoucher Code”) via SMS/Viber/Email
  3. Eligible Clients are entitled to the following number of eVoucher Code based on their membership tier as of September 30, 2025:Number-of-eVoucher-Codes-3
  4. The free airport lounge access is redeemable at A Lounge located in Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 via a single-use Instaperx eVoucher code, which will be sent by RCBC to all Eligible Clients via SMS/Viber/Email. All clients must therefore ensure that RCBC has their updated mobile number and/or email address on file.
  5. The eVoucher Code can be used by the Eligible Client’s travel companion/s.
  6. To avail of this Promo, the following procedures shall apply:
      1. The Eligible Client, and if applicable, the travel companion/s, must present the following: 
          1. eVoucher Code;
          2. Hexagon Club Credit Card or Debit Card;
          3. Boarding pass for the international flight with same day boarding pass upon entry; and
          4. Passport
      2. A Lounge’s staff shall validate that Eligible Client is the one redeeming the free lounge access, and that the name appearing in the Hexagon Club Debit/Credit Card, Boarding Pass, and Passport is the same
      3. Note : Access to A Lounge is subject to seat availability. The lounge operates at full capacity during peak periods. When this happens, guests are placed on a waitlist and notified as soon as seats become available.
  7. The eVoucher Code and its use are subject to the following conditions:
      1. Is valid only during the Promo Period;
      2. Is non-convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services
  8. The Eligible Client and their travel companion/s must abide by the house rules and regulations of A Lounge. RCBC and 1ISA Inc., shall not be held liable from any claims arising from their non-observance or failure to comply with the same.
  9. The Eligible Client understands that RCBC and 1ISA Inc. are not responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the partner airport lounges.
  10. Any dispute concerning the products or services offered within the lounge related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Eligible Client and the respective lounge operators, with the concurrence of the DTI.
  11. By availing of this Promo, the Eligible Client confirms that they read, understood and agree to be bound by these promo mechanics; the terms and conditions governing the access to and use of Instaperx eVoucher Code and the partner airport lounge, including, but not limited to, the disclosure and processing of client’s information.
