Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to select customers who have received the promo via email or call from an RCBC representative. 
  2. The promo is valid from October 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
  3. Loan purpose must be for the purchase of brand new private and personal vehicles only.
  4. Free chattel mortgage fee for a minimum loan amount of Php500k up to Php3M. Documentary stamp tax shall be shouldered by the client.
  5. Free 1-year car insurance when availing of Auto Loan Plus. 

Note: All qualified Opulent accounts may opt to avail of plug-in vehicle units; however, they will not be entitled to the free 1-year car insurance.

6. The minimum loan amount is Php 500,000 up to a maximum of Php 3M only.

7. The minimum loan term is 36 months.

 

General Provisions

  1. All loan applications qualified under the Promo shall be processed under the prequalified program.  It will be subject to relevant terms and conditions, as well as RCBC’s policies and procedures.
  2. RCBC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, print suppliers, including their respective Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members, officers, employees, and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified for this promo.
  3. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.
  4. By joining the promo, qualified clients authorize RCBC to disclose, and publish their names, photos and other particulars as determined by RCBC to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as RCBC may deem appropriate in relation to this Promo. RCBC shall not be liable for violation of customer data privacy and/or bank secrecy law as a result of said disclosure or publication.
  5. In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, made in concurrence with DTI, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

Q: What is RCBC's Opulent program?

A: The Opulent program is a pre-qualified Auto Loan program of RCBC, where qualified clients may avail of special interest rates, free chattel mortgage, free 1-year car insurance, and can borrow up to Php3M.

Q: What if the loan amount is more than Php3M?

A: If your loan exceeds Php3M, the application is subject to regular loan processing, and you may be asked to submit additional documents.

Q: Does being pre-qualified under the Opulent program guarantee I will get the loan?

A: Yes. To get the actual loan, you must submit a duly filled-out Opulent form.

Q: How long does the process under the Opulent program take?

A: Our approval turn-around time is 24 hours upon receipt of the Opulent form and copy of valid government issued ID.

Q: What information do I need to provide for a pre-qualification?

A: You generally need to submit the duly filled-out Opulent form with your basic information, such as:

 * Your name and address.

 * Your monthly or annual income.

 * Desired unit, downpayment, loan amount and term (number of months).

Q: How long is a pre-qualification offer valid?

A: The pre-qualification is valid for 90 days.

Q: Does the final loan amount ever change after I pre-qualify? 

A: Yes. Because pre-qualification is based on estimated information, the final terms may change after the lender reviews your formal application, verifies your income, and performs a credit pull.

Q: What are the requirements that I need to submit to when I apply for a car loan?

A: You only have to submit a duly filled-out Opulent form and a valid government issued ID.
