ADVISORY: Changes regarding Cash Withdrawal Fees in 7/11 ATMs

Starting November 1, 2025, RCBC MyDebit cardholders will be entitled four (4) free cash withdrawals per month from any 7/11 ATMs nationwide. Any succeeding withdrawals after the first four will be charged with an P18 transaction fee. Please note that your four (4) free cash withdrawal allocation in 7/11 ATMs renew monthly.

Cash withdrawals from any RCBC ATMs are still free of charge, while withdrawal fees from other non-RCBC ATMs still apply.

RCBC Hexagon Debit & RCBC Wealth Platinum Debit cardholders are exempt from this and will continue to enjoy free cash withdrawals from any BancNet ATMs.
