ADVISORY: Changes regarding Cash Withdrawal Fees in 7-Eleven & AlfaMart ATMs

Starting November 1, 2025, RCBC MyDebit cardholders will be entitled four (4) free cash withdrawals per month from any 7-Eleven and AlfaMart ATMs nationwide. Any succeeding withdrawals after the first four will be charged with an P18 transaction fee. Please note that your four (4) free cash withdrawal allocation in 7-Eleven and AlfaMart ATMs renew monthly.

Cash withdrawals from any RCBC ATMs are still free of charge, while withdrawal fees from other non-RCBC ATMs still apply.

RCBC Hexagon Debit & RCBC Wealth Platinum Debit cardholders are exempt from this and will continue to enjoy free cash withdrawals from any BancNet ATMs.
