Auto Loan Promo Mechanics:
The promo is open to new and existing depositors.
The promo is valid from February 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
Loan purpose must be for the purchase of brand new private vehicles only.

Free 1-year car insurance when availing of Auto Loan Plus. Note: Qualified CNY accounts have the option to avail Plug-in EV but will not enjoy free 1-year car insurance.

Home Loan Promo Mechanics :
The Promo is open to all home loan applications sourced and submitted at any RCBC branches, partner developers, and clients sourced by RCBC’s internal partners.
The Promo will run from February 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
The Promo shall also be extended to the existing home loan pipeline, including both branch-referred and developer-generated approvals that have not yet been booked. Note: Pipeline clients that are approved prior to launching the Chinese New Year promo can only avail the offer until February 28, 2026.
The Promo is applicable to Home Loan and Home Loan Plus for the acquisition of residential property.
Special rate of 6.5% fixed for 1-5 years for branch-referred clients and projects of Tiers 1-2 developers and secondary market.
Special rate of 7% fixed for 1-5 years for projects of Tiers 3-4 developers.
0% monthly installment on insurance when availing of Home Loan Plus.
Complimentary RCBC credit card. Note: Issuance is subject to RCBC Credit Cards’ evaluation, approval and processing time.

The minimum loan amount is Php2,000,000.
The minimum loan term is 10 years.
General Provisions
All loan applications qualified under the Promo shall be processed under the standard evaluation and approval process of RCBC, subject to relevant terms and conditions, as well as RCBC’s policies and procedures.
RCBC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, print suppliers, including their respective Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members, officers, employees, and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified for this promo.
This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.
By joining the promo, qualified clients authorize RCBC to disclose, and publish their names, photos and other particulars as determined by RCBC to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as RCBC may deem appropriate in relation to this Promo. RCBC shall not be liable for violation of customer data privacy and/or bank secrecy law as a result of said disclosure or publication.
In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, made in concurrence with DTI, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
