4. How to Use Scan to Withdraw

Withdrawing funds using RCBC Scan to Withdraw is simple! Here's how:

Step 1: Make sure you’re near an RCBC ATM

You need to be near an ATM to make sure you can successfully use your QR Code on time. Each QR code is only valid for 5 minutes once you generate it.

If you generate three QR codes and don’t use any of them within the day, you won’t be able to generate new QR codes temporarily for security.

Step 2: Create a Cash Out QR Code in the GCash app

Note:
Once you generate your QR code, the withdrawal amount plus a PHP 18 service fee will be deducted from your GCash wallet to ensure there are sufficient funds when you complete your withdrawal. If there are any issues, the amount will be automatically returned to your wallet within 10 minutes.

Follow the steps below to generate your Cash Out QR code:

  1. On your GCash App, tap View All
  2. Select Cash Out
  3. Tap RCBC Scan to Withdraw
  4. Tap Generate QR Code
  1. Input the amount to cash out and tap Next
  2. Review your Cash Out details and tap Proceed
  3. You’ll be led to a page with your Cash Out QR code

The QR Code will expire after 5 minutes. For security, you cannot take a screenshot or download the QR code.

Step 3: Scan the Cash Out QR Code at an RCBC ATM

Follow the steps below to withdraw funds using the generated Cash Out QR Code:

  1. On your RCBC ATM Machine screen, press Enter and select QR Cash Withdrawal
