You may choose between Moratorium (up to 90 days) or CARE Program (90+ days moratorium) 

Option A. Moratorium (up to 90 days)

Settlement of dues will be up to ninety (90) days after the affected due date; loan maturity date will likewise be extended by up to ninety (90) days, depending on the number of months availed.

Requirements: 

  1. Request letter stating the main reason for loan modification 
  2. 1 valid ID of the borrower 

How to request:

  • Loan Number
  • Contact numbers (provide best time to call)
  • Email address

  2. Our Collection Officer will contact you regarding your request.

 

Option B. CARE Program (90+ days moratorium) 

Requirements: 

  1. Request letter stating the main reason for loan modification (RE Loan)/Duly filled up Option letter (Auto Loan) 
  2. 1 valid ID of the borrower and co-borrower 
  3. Latest Proof of income/Source of Funds (Payslip/COE/Bank Statement/ITR) 
  4. Duly filled up CARE Application Form 
  5. Selfie Picture of the borrower with the collateral (for Auto Loan)

  2. All submitted requests are subject for review and evaluation of our CARE Support Officer.
  3. Additional requirements might be requested during evaluation.
  4. Our Collection Officer will contact you regarding your request.



NOTES:

  1. Offer is applicable to due dates December 17, 2021 to January 16, 2022. Severely affected areas shall be based on NDRRMC reports.
  2. There will be no interest on interest, penalties or other charges but “accrued interest” for the extended days will be charged based on the outstanding principal balance of your loan at the time you applied for the chosen payment option.
