During this time, the following services may be temporarily unavailable:
• Withdrawals and balance inquiries at RCBC ATMs (using local and international non-RCBC cards)
• In-store (local & international) and online purchases using RCBC Debit Cards
• Receiving funds via Instapay for MyWallet accounts
RCBC Credit Cards will not be affected and may continue to be used for in-store and online transactions.
