How do I know I am qualified for this promo?
RCBC will communicate this promotion to qualified RCBC accountholders via email and/or SMS message.
When is the promo period?
The promo will run from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
How much is the rebate?
The rebate is a one-time amount of Php 150.
How can I get my rebate?
You will be eligible for the Php 150 rebate upon a minimum in-store or online spend of Php 1,000.
When will I get my rebate?
The rebate will be credited to your qualified RCBC account within 7 banking days.
How many times will I receive the rebate?
The rebate is a one-time credit only. Once you have received your rebate, you will not receive any additional rebates within the promo period nor receive any SMS and email communication regarding the promo.
I have not received my Php 150 rebate. What should I do?
If you have not received your Php 150 rebate after 7 banking days, please contact RCBC Partner and Business Support at partnerandbizsupport@rcbc.com.
Promo Mechanics:
- The promo period shall run from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
- The promo is valid to selected RCBC Debit accountholders (Customer) who will be receiving an SMS and/or email from RCBC.
- To qualify for the one-time PHP150 rebate, the Customer must meet the following conditions:
Must transact a minimum single spend of P1,000 via in-store or online at any merchant; must make the transaction during the promo period; must use his/her RCBC MyDebit Mastercard as mode of payment. - Upon completion of the required spend amount, the Customer will receive the PHP150 rebate within the next 7 banking days.
- The rebate shall be credited to the Customer’s account used during the transaction.
- The rebate is not transferable and cannot be converted to gift certificates, vouchers or any form.
- RCBC reserves the right to refuse the crediting of rebate to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent account, cancelled card, or a result of gambling.
