Update on RCBC Pulz for Android Users
We encourage Android users to update their RCBC Pulz app to version 26.4.2 to resolve the unexpected crashing and login difficulties reported recently.
To update your app:
1) Open the Google Play Store
2) Search for RCBC Pulz
3) Tap Update to install Version 26.4.2
4) Reopen the app & try logging in again.
If you've already updated to the latest version and are still experiencing the issue, please clear your RCBC Pulz app cache and data before trying again.

1. Why is my RCBC Pulz app crashing or why can’t I log in?
Some Android users may experience unexpected app crashes or log-in difficulties. To resolve this, please update your RCBC Pulz app to Version 26.4.2 through the Google Play Store.
2. How do I update my app?
To update your RCBC Pulz app:

- Open the Google Play Store
- Search for RCBC Pulz
- Tap Update
- Once the update is complete, reopen the app and try logging in again
3. I don’t see the update yet.
Updates on Google Play are released gradually and may not appear on all devices at the same time.
If the update isn’t available yet, please check again after a few hours. In the meantime, you may continue banking through rcbconlinebanking.com or any RCBC ATM nationwide.
4. I already updated my RCBC Pulz app to the latest version, but I’m still experiencing the issue.
If you’re still experiencing the issue after updating, please try the following:

- Restart your device.
- Make sure you are using RCBC Pulz app version 26.4.2
- Go to Settings and clear the app’s cache and data and try again
. If you are unable to access the app even after these checks, please contact the RCBC Customer Care team and provide the following:
- Device brand and model
- Android version
- RCBC Pulz app version
- Screenshot or screen recording of the experience
5. Is everyone affected?
No. The issue affects only some Android users. iPhone (iOS) users are not affected.
6. Is my account or money safe?
Yes, this issue only affects app performance on certain Android devices. Your accounts and funds remain secure, and RCBC’s security controls continue to protect your account and banking transactions.
