PROMO MECHANICS: 

1. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") will run the Christmas Cashback Around the World Promo ("Promo") from November  1 to November 30, 2025  ("Promo Period").

2. This Promo is open to all RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority Mastercard Debit Cardholders (“Eligible Clients”):

      1. Whose accounts are active;
      2. Have valid and updated customer information in RCBC’s database;
      3. Who are enrolled in RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority; and
      4. Who currently maintain at least Php 100,000 monthly Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) in their total Peso Checking/Account Savings (“CASA”). 

3. During the Promo Period, an Eligible Client will be entitled to Php 150 Cashback (“Promo Reward”) for every cash withdrawal made via Mastercard ATMs outside the Philippines (“Qualified Transaction”). 

4. The Promo is valid for unlimited international ATM withdrawals, provided that all Qualified Transactions are made within the Promo Period.

5. Promo Reward will be credited to the CASA linked to the Qualified Client’s RCBC Hexagon Club Debit Card within sixty calendar days from end of Promo Period.

6. All Qualified Clients will receive a SMS and/or email notification informing them that their Promo Reward has been credited back to their RCBC account.

7. All clients must ensure that RCBC  has his/her updated mobile number and/or email address on file.

8. RCBC reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the Promo Rewards, at the time of awarding if:  

      1. Their account or debit card has been closed; or
      2. They have un-enrolled from RCBC Hexagon Club. 

9. If any amount is mistakenly credited under this promotion, RCBC reserves the right to reverse or debit the amount from the client’s account or any of the client’s other RCBC accounts (regardless of currency)

10. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.

11. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding.
