  • RCBC Hexagon Club members must present their valid RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card prior to the availment of the promo.
  • The promo offers are valid per visit/booking during the promo period.
  • In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. 
  • RCBC is not the supplier of the products and services and shall not be liable for any dispute regarding the quality or delivery of said products/services. Any dispute concerning the products and services shall be settled directly between the customer and Badsbrotel Suites.
  • Dispute and Liability:

    • In case of disputes related to the quality of the product or service, the Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with Badsbrotel Suites
    • RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the merchant and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and shall remain in full force and effect.
