1. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") will run the Hexagon Club “Tis’ the Season to Shop and Win Raffle Promo” ("Promo") from October 20 to December 31, 2025 ("Promo Period").

2. The Promo is open to identified RCBC Hexagon Club members (“Eligible Clients”):

1. 1. whose accounts are active within the Promo Period;
   2. have valid and updated customer information in RCBC’s database; and
   3. have received a Unique Promo Code via SMS/Viber and/or email notification for registration purposes

3. To participate, Eligible Clients must:

1. 1. Be enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority and maintain a total Peso Checking Account/Savings Account (“CASA”) Month-to-Date Average Daily Balance (“MTD-ADB”) of at least PhP100,000 within the Cut-off Period: December 31, 2025;

*For joint accounts, total Peso CASA MTD-ADB will be divided equally among all account holders who are enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority.

1. 1. Register to the Promo using the Unique Promo Code sent by RCBC to the Eligible Client’s registered mobile number and/or email ad in RCBC’s records within the Registration Period: October 20 to December 31, 2025.

      To Register, Eligible Clients must visit the Registration Page and enter their Unique Promo Code. A confirmation message will appear on the page, and an email notification will be sent to clients to confirm registration. By completing his/her registration, the Eligible Client agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to RCBC's Privacy Policy; and

   2. Use their eligible Hexagon Club Debit Cards for a minimum single-receipt online or in-store spend of PhP1,000 within the Promo Period, with each qualifying spend earning raffle entries for a chance to be one (1) of the ten (10) winners of an iPad (“Prize”):

4. Cut-off of qualified transactions for the draw will be on December 31, 2025 at 11:59PM. Raffle entries beyond cut-off will no longer be accepted.

5. The following transactions are excluded from the Promo: Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Cash-ins, Casino/gambling Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified.

6. Eligible Clients will be notified via SMS, Viber, and/or e-mail (“Raffle Entries Notification) regarding the total number of their Raffle Entries before the Raffle Draw.

7. The Raffle draw will be held virtually at 3PM on January 14, 2026 at the 10F Yuchengco Tower 1, RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Avenue, Makati City** and will be witnessed by an authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”)

8. An Eligible Client may only win once. In case the Eligible Client’s name is drawn more than once during the raffle draw, a new winner will be drawn.

9. Winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS (sender: RCBC), Viber (sender: RCBC Updates), and e-mail (sender: RCBC Marketing) (“Winner Notification”) as indicated in their Customer Information File (“CIF”) within fourteen (14) banking days from the Raffle Draw Date. Clients must ensure that RCBC has his/her updated mobile number and/or email address on file.

10. To redeem, Winners must follow the process outlined below:

Note: In case of redemption via an authorized representative, a Special Power of Attorney (“SPA”), valid proof of SMS/Viber/Email Winner Notification sent by RCBC, Winner’s Tax Identification Number (TIN) and the Winner’s and authorized representative’s valid Government-issued IDs are required for submission upon claiming of the Prize.

Without liability, RCBC reserves the right to refuse redemption via an authorized representative if the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged.

11. Prizes must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the registered notice. Unclaimed Prize/s after the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of RCBC upon prior approval from DTI.

12. Prizes are transferable, non-cumulative, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other items.

13. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the Prize if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the debit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.

14. The description of the items in the Quit Claim Form will be based solely on the information provided by RCBC’s merchants/suppliers.

Unless otherwise stated, installation costs and/or eventual servicing of the prize items claimed through the promo, including but not limited to gadgets and electronic equipment, shall be for the account of the winners. Furthermore, prizes are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty; winners should direct their inquiries to the manufacturer of the prize items in accordance with the warranty information.

15. RCBC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Raffle Winners. A re-draw will be conducted if at the time of the Raffle Draw:

1. 1. Their accounts’ current balance is below Php100,000;
   2. Their accounts/Debit Cards have been inactive/closed, for whatever reason;
   3. Their accounts have been restricted (subject to law/bank’s policies); or
   4. They are no longer enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority

16. Any tax on the prize shall be shouldered by RCBC.

17. For the purpose of transparency and credibility of the Promo and the redemption of prizes, the Winners provide their consent and authorization to RCBC to process, share, and publish their full name and photo on RCBC’s official website (www.rcbc.com), social media pages (RCBC official Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). The Winners' consent to this specific use of their personal data is a condition for the acceptance of the prize, as it is integral to the integrity of the promotion and the verification of the prize redemption process. All other personal data of the Winners will be processed in accordance with RCBC’s privacy policy and the provisions of the Data Privacy Act.

18. By joining this Promo and enrolling to the Hexagon Club Membership, the client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the Promo Mechanics and the terms and conditions of the Hexagon Club Membership, including, but not limited to, the disclosure and processing of client’s information.

19. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.

20. All RCBC employees – including those who recently resigned within the Promo Period are not qualified for this Promo and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

21. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, upon the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding.

22. RCBC's policies and procedures, terms and conditions governing deposit accounts and Hexagon Club Membership will still apply.
