FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

1. How many times can a client choose to donate? There is no minimum nor maximum limit to how many times a client can donate.

2. Can clients donate over the counter at any RCBC branch? Yes! Clients can donate at any RCBC branch, even those that they are not regulars in.

3. How will my credit card points be converted to a Haribon Foundation donation? 3,300 points = Php 500. Point conversions are not automatic. Hexagon Club Credit Card points will be donated to Haribon through calling: (02) 8888-1883

4. How can the client know their total donated amount? All clients, whether donated on singular or multiple occasions, will receive an email notifying them of their total donations.

5. May I give in-kind donations? For the meantime, the Hexagon Club X Haribon donation program only accepts donation via deposit/fund transfer or CC points redemption.
