  • Standard Revisage Skin Care and Aesthetic Clinic policies on cancellations and rescheduling shall apply.RCBC is not the supplier of the products and services and shall not be liable for any dispute regarding the quality or delivery of said products/services. Any dispute concerning the products and services shall besettled directly between the customer and Revisage Skin Care and Aesthetic Clinic.

  • RCBC or Revisage Skin Care and Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer upon thirty (30) day prior written notice, without prejudice to any bookings/reservations made by the cardholders prior to the effective date of the amendment or termination.

  • Dispute and Liability:

    a. In case of disputes related to the quality of the product or service, the
    Cardholder agrees to resolve the same directly with Revisage Skin Care
    and Aesthetic Clinic.
    b. RCBC makes no warranties or representations as to the quality,
    merchantability, or suitability of the goods or services provided by the
    merchant and shall not be liable for any defect or failure thereof.
    c. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC
    Hexagon Club Priority or Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon
    Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card and RCBC Hexagon Club
    Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card, and the RCBC Omnibus
    General Terms and Conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and
    shall remain in full force and effect.
