Promo Mechanics

  1. The RCBC Hexagon Club Birthday Promo (“Promo”) will run from May 1 to June 30, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
  2. This Promo is open to the following RCBC Hexagon Club cardholders (“Eligible Clients”) who received an SMS/Viber and/or email regarding the promotion:

  1. RCBC Hexagon Club shall issue eGift links to RCBC Hexagon Club cardholders on their birthday month.
    Each eGift link is equivalent to a FREE three (3) pieces KRISPY KREME Original Glazed Doughnuts, which can be redeemed at any participating Krispy Kreme branches nationwide, dine-in or take-out, upon presentation of their unique voucher code along with their RCBC Hexagon Club Debit or Credit Card.
  2. The FREE doughnuts are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable with other items, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of RCBC or RCBC Credit Cards and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Philippines.
  3. An RCBC Hexagon Club cardholder will only receive one (1) eGift link, regardless of how many cards he/she is maintaining with RCBC Hexagon Club.
  4. The eGift link may only be availed once and is redeemable within 30 days from the first day of the birthday month of the Hexagon Club cardholder.
  5. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promotion, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding to all clients.
  6. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority Debit and Credit Cards, and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Debit and Credit Cards shall still apply.
