FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Is the waived InstaPay fee subject to any minimum or maximum transaction amount? No, the waived InstaPay fee applies to all InstaPay transfers made via the RCBC Pulz app, regardless of the transaction amount. Please note, however, that InstaPay remains subject to the standard Php 50,000 per transaction limit and a daily aggregate limit of Php 500,000.

2. How many times can I perform InstaPay transfers for free? The number of free InstaPay transfers you can enjoy will vary depending on your Hexagon Club membership tier (please refer to table above). These are subject to a Php 500,000 daily aggregate limit.

3. Are PESONet transfers included in this benefit? No, PESONet transfers are not covered by this benefit and will continue to incur the regular fee of Php 10 per transaction.

4. When will the waived InstaPay fee benefit begin if I just enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority? If you are a newly enrolled Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority member, your waived InstaPay fee benefit will be activated within three (3) banking days from your date of enrollment.
