1. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") will run the RCBC Hexagon Club Priority 5k for 5k  Promo ("Promo") from September 5 - November 30, 2025  ("Promo Period").

2. This Promo is open to identified RCBC depositors (“Eligible Clients”) who meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. 1. Hexagon Club Lite Clients (existing depositors);
   2. Currently have at least  Php1Million in Total Peso Checking Account/Savings Account (“CASA”) Average Daily Balance (“ADB”); and
   3. Have received an SMS, Viber, or Email notification about the Promo

3. During the Promo Period, an Eligible Client who have met ALL of the following criteria (“Qualified Client”) will be entitled to Php 5,000 Cashback (“Promo Reward”): 

1. 1. Accounts are active;
   2. Has valid and updated customer information in RCBC’s database;
   3. Currently maintains at least Php 1 million in Total Peso CASA ADB;
   4. Has enrolled in RCBC Hexagon Club Priority and has applied for an RCBC Hexago Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card during the Promo Period, and subsequently got approved; and
   5. Has made a single-receipt spend of a least Php 5,000 anywhere using their RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card within 60 days from receipt of card

4. All posted retail and installment transactions in pesos and in other currencies are qualified for the Promo including online transactions, mail and telephone order, and recurring payments or bills payment transactions. 

The following transactions are excluded from the Promo: UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, YourCash, Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified.

5. Only Transactions made by the Primary account/cardholder are eligible for this Promo. 

6. The Promo Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offer indicated above. 

7. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the Promo Reward if he/she cancels the card within 24 months from issue date, cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.

8. Upon validation of RCBC Credit Cards on eligible single-receipt spend transactions this is computed collectively, and Cashback will be credited to their RCBC Hexagon Club credit card based on the schedule below: 

9. All Qualified Clients will receive a SMS and/or email notification informing them that their Promo Reward has been successfully credited  to their RCBC Hexagon Club credit card. 

10. All clients must ensure that RCBC  has their updated mobile number and/or email address on file.

11. RCBC reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the Promo Rewards if:  

1. 1. Their account has been closed; 
   2. They have un-enrolled from RCBC Hexagon Club; or 
   3. They failed to maintain at least Php 1 million in total Peso CASA ADB

12. If any amount is mistakenly credited under this promotion, RCBC reserves the right to reverse or debit the amount from the client’s account or any of the client’s other RCBC accounts (regardless of currency)

13. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC and/or RCBC Bankard Services Corporation ('RBSC")  

14. The cardholder can only avail of the offer and receive the cashback once during the duration of the Promo.

15. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and YGC as well as RCBC Wealth Clients are not qualified to avail of the offer.

16. All newly opened Savings/Checking Accounts are still subject to RCBC's policies and procedures and terms and conditions governing deposit accounts. Hexagon Club terms and conditions will also apply.

17. The Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

18. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding.
