Promo Mechanics:
- The Hexagon Club Birthday promo is open to all RCBC Credit Hexagon Club Platinum Mastercard and RCBC Credit Hexagon Club World Mastercard principal credit cardholders whose account is active and in good credit standing, have valid and updated customer information, and who received an SMS and/or email from RCBC Credit regarding the promotion.
- The promo duration is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
- To qualify for the promo, the principal cardholder must spend a minimum single-receipt of ₱7,000 anywhere on his/her birth month using his/her RCBC Credit Hexagon Club Platinum Mastercard or RCBC Credit Hexagon Club World Mastercard.
- The following transactions are excluded from the promo:
Balance Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan, Your Cash and Transactions from these businesses/merchants: Casino/Gambling, Gas/Service Stations, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash Financial Institution, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing - Qualified cardholders will receive a one-time ₱500 Cashback to be credited to their credit card account within 30 calendar days after the birth month / spend period.
- A cardholder can only qualify once during his/ her birthday month.
- RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should his redemption be found to be fraudulent.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Card.
- In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Card with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
