Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo (“Promo”) is open to customers of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, who are prequalified to avail the RCBC Payday NOW and Salary Loan NOW products, and meet RCBC’s usual credit qualifications and criteria.

2. The Promo will run from September 15, 2025 to December 15, 2025 (“Promo Period”).

3. The Promo Offer:

a. A qualified customer should download the RCBC Pulz Application and register his/her RCBC payroll account within the promo period.  After registration of the account, the qualified customer will  receive Php 100 worth of electronic gift certificates (eGC) from Giftaway. The eGC will be sent to the customer's registered mobile/ email address within 60 days from the end of promo period.
b. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
c. By availing the Promo, the client agrees to provide and allow RCBC to process his/her personal data and other information that may be required for the availment, grant and administration of the loan.  Such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of RCBC.
d. To be eligible to receive the eGCs, the account must be active at the time of awarding.
e. In case of dispute/s regarding the Promo including, but not limited to, the client’s eligibility, coverage period, and fulfilment, the same shall be resolved by RCBC, subject to the terms and conditions of this Promo. RCBC’s decision shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.

4. The terms and conditions of RCBC Payday NOW and RCBC Salary Loan NOW found in RCBC Credit website reminders, and other provisions contained in the statement of account, and other documents or instruments relevant to the availment, grant, and administration of the loan apply.
