RCBC Capital Corporation (RCBC Capital) is one of the leading domestic investment banks in the Philippines and has over 49 years’ experience in investment banking and financial consultancy services including issue management/arrangement and underwriting of equity, quasi-equity and debt securities, loan syndications and financial advisory.  It was incorporated in January 1974 and was granted license to engage in quasi-banking activities in March 1974.

It is a wholly owned subsidiary and is the investment banking arm of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), one of the largest universal banks in the Philippines with total consolidated resources of Php 1,191 billion as of December 31, 2022.  RCBC was the 5th largest private domestic commercial bank in the Philippines based on total assets, with a country-wide total of 462 branches including extension offices.

RCBC Capital is also a member of the Yuchengco Group of Companies, one of the oldest and largest conglomerates in Southeast Asia covering over 60 businesses including banking and finance, real estate, power, construction, insurance, automotive, and education.

RCBC Capital holds 100% ownership equity interest in RCBC Securities, Inc. and RCBC Bankard Services Corporation.

Equity Capital Markets

Assists and guides clients to raise funds through the equity capital market by structuring, arranging, managing, underwriting, marketing, and distributing equity instruments by way of initial public offerings (IPO), follow on offerings (FOO), stock rights offerings (SRO), preferred shares, and real estate investment trusts.

Loans, Project Finance and Structure Finance

Assists and guides clients to secure financing by structuring, arranging, coordinating, syndicating debt facilities such as term loans, structured loans, and project finance.

Advisory
