1. What is this all about?

Effective Nov. 1, 2025, there will be changes in the transaction fees when using 7-Eleven ATMs. RCBC payroll and non-payroll customers are eligible to enjoy up to four (4) free withdrawals a month only. 

Withdrawal transactions in excess of the four (4) free withdrawals allocated a month would be subject to an PHP 18 withdrawal fee per transaction.

RCBC Hexagon Club debit card holders and RCBC Wealth debit card holders can still continue to enjoy unlimited free withdrawals at any Bancnet ATM, including 7-Eleven ATMs.

Excluded in the free withdrawals are SSS pensioner account cardholders. Regular off-us ATM transaction fees apply.

2. What will happen after I have used up my 4 Free Withdrawals for the month?

You will be charged a standard withdrawal fee of Php18 after the 4 (four) free withdrawals.

3. When will my free withdrawals be refreshed?

Your 4 (four) free withdrawals will refresh at the beginning/the first day of the succeeding month. 

4. If I don’t use my 4 Free Withdrawal allocation in a month, will it be carried over to the following month?

No. The counter will reset back to 0 (zero) at the beginning of the month even if the 4 free withdrawals allocated in the previous month were not used up.

5. Where can  RCBC Payroll and Non-payroll customers continue to enjoy free PHP 18.00 withdrawal fees?

RCBC Payroll and Non-payroll customers can still enjoy free withdrawals at any RCBC ATM. They can also opt to enroll in the RCBC Hexagon Club to get access to the RCBC Hexagon Club debit card, which offers free withdrawals at any Bancnet ATM.

6. How can I find RCBC ATM locations?

Customers can visit https://www.rcbc.com/branch-finder to find out the locations of RCBC ATMs.

7. I haven’t exceeded my four (4) free withdrawals this month but the 7-Eleven ATM already charged me an PHP 18 fee. What should I do?
