Terms & Conditions

  1. The promo period shall run from May 5, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
  2. The promo is valid to accountholders with the RCBC Wealth Platinum Debit Mastercard (Customer).  
  3. No registration is required; the benefit is automatically applied to qualifying accounts.
  4. Customers will enjoy a waived foreign exchange markup fee on all international point-of-sale (POS) and e-commerce transactions.
  5. The waived fees are not transferable and cannot be converted to gift certificates, vouchers or any form.
  6. The waiver applies to the administrative fee only and does not cover prevailing exchange rate fluctuations or third-party ATM fees.
  7. RCBC reserves the right to suspend or cancel the benefit if the account is found to be in violation of the standard Debit Card Terms and Conditions.

How it works: Typically, a transaction converted to PHP 100 would incur a total charge of PHP 102. Under this promo, the cardholder will only be charged the base converted amount of PHP 100.

4. General Conditions

The waiver applies to the administrative fee and does not cover prevailing exchange rate fluctuations or third-party ATM fees.

 

The Bank reserves the right to suspend or cancel the benefit if the account is found to be in violation of the standard Debit Card Terms and Conditions.
