The registration will begin at 8:00 AM, while the auction proper will officially start at 10:00 AM.
Mechanics:
The RCBC Property Auction is open to the public.
The winning bidder shall pay the amount of P25,000.00 show money per property immediately after the auction.
A representative for the bidder can attend. To be eligible, the following must be presented during registration: 1 Valid ID and SPA from the bona fide bidder and 1 valid ID of the authorized representative.

All properties are sold on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis.
The Bank sells only whatever rights and interests it has on the property as of the date of sale. The bidder should conduct due diligence with respect to the physical condition, occupancy and legal status as well as checking with appropriate government agencies on the title and tax declaration covering the said property.
All prospective bidders must inspect and check the condition of the property they are interested in. It is advised to not solely rely on any representations made by RCBC regarding the physical condition of the property before joining the auction.
