In view of building activity at ATYC, please be advised that the May 26, 2026 auction schedule has moved from 10:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Bidders arriving after this strict 9:30 AM cutoff will not be allowed to participate.
Mechanics:
1. The RCBC Property Auction is open to the public. 2. The winning bidder shall pay the amount of P25,000.00 show money per property immediately after the auction. 3. A representative for the bidder can attend. To be eligible, the following must be presented during registration: 1 Valid ID and SPA from the bona fide bidder and 1 valid ID of the authorized representative.
Reminders to bidders:
• All properties are sold on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis.
• The Bank sells only whatever rights and interests it has on the property as of the date of sale. The bidder should conduct due diligence with respect to the physical condition, occupancy and legal status as well as checking with appropriate government agencies on the title and tax declaration covering the said property.
• All prospective bidders must inspect and check the condition of the property they are interested in. It is advised to not solely rely on any representations made by RCBC regarding the physical condition of the property before joining the auction.
• All properties and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Bank reserves the right to pull out any properties from the list, as it deems necessary.
• Inadvertent misprints shall neither alter the property's factual condition nor be deemed as a misrepresentation of the property.
